"We had quite a few changes to requirements, for example on the final day of set-up we called them out to shift the canvas on the frame so it was perfect for the projections, this required 3 of their staff coming over out of hours and they made it happen really quickly. They wanted it to work as much as we did and went over and above to make it happen."
